Berta Roig Grau has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting with Areas in 2009, they worked as a shop assistant at the FC Barcelona shop, developing sales techniques and practicing different languages to cater to foreign clients.

In 2014, Berta joined HP as a Mechanical Engineer Intern in the R&D Large Format DesignJet Printing division. Berta'sresponsibilities included designing, characterizing, modeling, and analyzing parts and subassemblies. Berta also conducted testing and made improvements to prototypes. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Industrial Engineer in the R&D 3D Printing Metals division at HP. Here, they implemented patented systems and utilized MATLAB to enhance quality, increase productivity, and reduce costs. Berta also designed parts for prototyping and manufacturing of subsystems.

In 2020, Berta joined Vonzu as a UX Designer, where they played a key role in the company's product redesign. Berta then progressed to become a UX/UI Lead, leading the entire redesign of the company's web software and mobile app products. Subsequently, Berta became a Project Manager, overseeing the rebranding and new corporate website project. Berta coordinated multiple teams and controlled financial expenses. Finally, they assumed the role of Product Design Lead, evaluating new business opportunities, defining new product features, and overseeing team members' work using an agile methodology.

Most recently, in 2023, Berta joined Lodgify as a Product Designer.

Berta Roig Grau's education history is as follows:

Berta Roig Grau obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, completing their studies from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2011, they attended Escola Betània-Patmos, where they completed their Bachillerato with a scientific focus.

In 2016, Berta Roig Grau pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, which they completed in 2018.

In 2020, they enrolled in a program on UX/UI Design at AllWomen.

Additionally, Berta Roig Grau obtained certification in UI/UX Design from Coursera in May 2020.
