Roman Chernonog

Roman Chernonog started their work experience in 2009 at PortaOne, where they held the role of Support Team Lead. In this role, they supervised and managed support processes, ensuring quality service for customers. Roman also improved support interaction and troubleshooting, including addressing complex and urgent issues. Additionally, Roman migrated customers' installations to new hardware or release and implemented various improvements. Roman'smost recent work experience is as a System Engineer at Lodgify, starting in 2022.

Roman Chernonog attended Chernihiv Polytechnic National University from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure from Coursera in November 2022 and Python for Everybody Specialization from Coursera in October 2022.
