Tyler Brown

Tyler Brown has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the hospitality industry. Tyler is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of LodgingIQ, a position they have held since 2015. Prior to that, they served as the COO and Co-Founder of Lodging Advisory Group, LLC starting in 2017. From 2012 to 2015, Tyler worked as the Chief Information and Strategy Officer at WoodSpring Suites. Before that, they were the Chief Information Officer at Dean and Deluca from 2010 to 2012. Tyler also has experience in operations and program management, having worked as the SVP of Operations and Director of Program Management at Corporate Lodging Consultants from 2007 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they served as the GM and VP of Operations at Purifan, Inc from 2006 to 2007. Tyler began their career at Wichita Technology Corporation in 2002 as the VP of Business Development, where they focused on generating and evaluating investment opportunities and providing business consulting services.

Tyler Brown attended Bethany College from 1992 to 1996 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. Tyler then attended Wichita State University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2002, Tyler enrolled at Baker University and completed their education in 2004, earning a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance.
