Claudio Cisana

Claudio Cisana currently holds the position of Global Head of Retail Excellence & Performance at Loewe since April 2023, after serving as Global Retail Excellence Senior Manager within the same company. Prior to Loewe, Claudio amassed extensive experience at Gucci from December 2011 to April 2023, taking on various roles including Global Omnichannel Excellence Manager, MEA Retail Operations Manager, Western Europe Retail Operations Manager, WW Retail Operations Manager, WW Retail Processes Efficiency Project Manager, and Corporate Compliance Project Manager. Claudio's career began at Italcementi as an Organizational Development Specialist from October 2008 to December 2011, and included a brief tenure as Assistant Project Manager at Praxair, Inc in early 2006. Claudio holds a Master's Degree in Managerial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Bergamo, completed between 2003 and 2008.
