Barb Howard

Barb Howard is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in leadership and sales management. Currently serving as District Manager for Ann Taylor at ANN INC. since October 2011, Barb manages and develops a team of 19 direct reports across five West Coast states, focusing on driving sales, productivity, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Prior to this role, Barb was District Sales Manager for The Children's Place, overseeing 14 direct reports in five states, and held various management positions at Gap Inc., including Acting District Manager and General Manager. Barb's career also includes earlier roles as Merchandise Manager at Old Navy, Store Manager at Bugle Boy Industries, Associate at Coach, and Assistant Buyer at Buffum's Department Store. Barb holds an Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandising from Brooks College.
