Lerian Stringer

Lerian Stringer currently serves as the Store Manager at LOFT since February 2024. Prior to this role, Lerian worked as a Merchandise Trainer for SAS Retail Services, focusing on merchandising standards for Weis grocery stores, and held the position of Store Manager at JOANN Stores. Lerian's earlier experience includes serving as a Benefits Advisor at Aflac and Store Director at At Home Group Inc. Extensive retail management experience spans over six years at Petco, where positions included General Manager and multiple roles in merchandise operations. Lerian also has experience in the hospitality industry as a Lead Trainer and Shift Supervisor with The Restaurant Company, as well as technical support roles in event setup with Stagemonkie LLC. Additional automotive experience was gained through customer service and estimator roles at Pence Nissan, Subaru, Kia, and Pence Auto Collision. Education includes attendance at John Tyler Community College and Liberty University after graduating from Cosby High School.
