Leandro Apolinario

Leandro Apolinario is an experienced sales recruitment analyst currently at Loft since July 2023, where responsibilities include leading the recruitment process for top brokers in São Paulo, onboarding new talent, and engaging in internal marketing strategies and events. Prior to this role, Leandro served as a recruitment and selection assistant at Estancorp, managing end-to-end recruitment for the hotel chain, and worked at Luandre RH as an administrative assistant, overseeing employee time tracking and facilitating training sessions. Leandro began a career in human resources at Lopes Consultoria de Imóveis, progressing from an assistant to a leadership role in recruitment, and initially gained experience as a young apprentice at Claro Brasil. Leandro holds a technical degree in Sales Assistance from Senai São Paulo and a technologist degree in Human Resources Management from Anhanguera Educacional.
