Leonardo Urso

Leonardo Urso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of People & Transformation at Loft since September 2021, Leonardo has also held the positions of CFO in fintech and CredPago, as well as Head of PMI. Prior to this, Leonardo co-founded HIIT & Tabata and served as Customer Experience Strategy Director at DiDi. With a solid foundation in consulting from Bain & Company, where Leonardo progressed to Senior Manager, and earlier roles at Integration Consulting and everis, a diverse skill set in project management, client relations, and technical delivery has been developed. Leonardo holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from UFSCar.
