Jennifer Rhode

Jennifer Rhode, SHRM-CP has over 10 years of experience in various HR roles. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Staffing Specialist at BONNEY Staffing Center. In 2009, they joined Atlas Title, LLC as a Mortgage Processor until 2011. At Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, they served as the Sr. Manager of Human Resources from 2011 to 2016, where they led the HR department and implemented various HR programs. Since 2016, they have been working as the Director of People Operations at Loftware, collaborating with senior leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that enhance employee engagement and culture.

Jennifer Rhode, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Jennifer also obtained a certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2019 from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
