Mei Swank

Director, Global Support Services at Loftware

Mei Swank has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in the field of technical support and management. Mei started their career as a Software Engineering Coop at Cabletron Systems, gaining experience in software QA engineering and test program development. Mei then worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Bristol Technologies before joining Progress, where they held various roles including Team Lead, Principle Tech Support Engineer and Manager of Technical Support. Mei's responsibilities at Progress included managing a team of technical support engineers, handling customer escalations, analyzing KPIs to drive continuous improvement, and managing departmental projects. More recently, Mei has been working at PRISYM ID as the Director of Global Support Services, overseeing the support function at a global level.

Mei Swank completed their education at Rochester Institute of Technology, where they earned an MBA degree from 1995 to 1997. Mei also obtained a BS in Biomedical Electronics from Fudan University during the years 1986 to 1990. Additionally, Mei Swank has acquired certifications as a Certified Support Center Manager from Service Strategies, a KCS Practitioner from The KCS Academy, and a Kepner Tregoe Facilitator from Kepner-Tregoe.
