Danilo G. Alvarez

Danilo G. Alvarez has had a long and varied career in IT and customer support. Starting in 1994 as a Support Analyst at Itautec, they moved on to become a Technical Support Specialist at ARAUCO in 1998. In 2005, they were promoted to IT Manager at TCP Terminal de Contêineres de Paranaguá, where they were responsible for IT and Telecom, including ERP and container logistics systems and a budget of R$1 million per year. In 2016, they moved to Cattalini Terminais Marítimos as an IT Coordinator, leading a team of three technicians.
