Luiza Grings has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Luiza started their career as a voluntary trainee in design at Feevale University in 2019 before moving on to work as a designer at Br Supply – Suprimentos Corporativos from February 2020 to July 2020. Luiza then joined 4all Tecnologia as a Design & Employer Branding specialist in August 2020, where they worked until January 2021. Luiza further worked as a designer at Uhuu from January 2021 to September 2022, and later transitioned to the role of UX/UI designer until April 2023. Currently, Luiza is working as a UX/UI designer and product designer at Logcomex, starting in April 2023.

Luiza Grings has a diverse education history. In 2014, they attended Universidade Feevale and completed a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Interior Design in 2016. In 2017, Luiza attended the ESC - English School of Canada in Toronto, where they participated in the Standard English Program for 8 weeks to improve their English language skills. In 2021, Luiza completed a course in Digital Illustration with Procreate from Domestika. Lastly, in 2022, they acquired a certification in Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design from Google.
