Malu Vasconcelos

Malu Vasconcelos has had a varied work experience, beginning with an Agente de Viagens role at De Mala & Cuia Intercâmbios e Turismo from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Suporte at FRT Operadora, a Designer Gráfico as an Autônomo, a Web Designer at Agência Klens Marketing Digital, and currently holds a Product Designer (UI/UX) role at Logcomex. At Logcomex, they are responsible for understanding customer needs through usability research and testing, and proposing solutions that better meet user experience. Malu is also responsible for developing interview scripts for customers, effective navigation flows, and creating prototypes, wireframes, and a Design System to standardize product visuals. From 2015 to 2018, they held a voluntary role as Diretora de Marketing at Trilhas Empresa Junior de Turismo UFPR, where they were responsible for creating graphic materials, developing promotional strategies, updating social media, and organizing and participating in events and social projects.

Malu Vasconcelos obtained a Bacharela degree in Turismo from Universidade Federal do Paraná between 2014 and 2017. In 2018 and 2019, they obtained a Técnico degree in Web Design from Centro de desenvolvimento Tecnologico - CD6. In 2020, they obtained a Product Design certification from Mergo User Experience and in 2021, they obtained a Design System & Ops certification from Meiuca.
