Marta Savi

Marta Savi has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Marta began their career as an Assistente Jurídico at Farmacias e Drogarias Nissei in 2012. From there, Marta worked as an Advogada at Alves, Lima e Rodrigues Sociedade de Advogados and Dias Andrade Advogados Associados, gaining experience in legal matters.

In 2016, Marta joined Turin Assessoria Jurídica as an Advogada before moving to Serede - Serviços de Rede S.A as an Advogada in 2017. Later in 2017, they worked at Tedeschi e Padilha Advogados Associados as an Advogada.

Marta then transitioned to the fintech industry, joining Juno in 2018 as an Advogada. Marta played a crucial role in obtaining payment licenses and establishing the legal department. Marta also worked closely with the Compliance, Product, and Tech teams to implement necessary developments. Marta was eventually promoted to Coordenadora de Compliance e Regulatório and then to Supervisora do Jurídico, where they led a team of lawyers and focused on regulatory affairs.

In 2021, Juno was acquired by EBANX, and Marta continued their role as a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator in the Global Risk & Compliance team. Marta gained more responsibilities and contributed to the integration process after the BACEN approval.

In 2022, Marta joined ADDI as a Brazil Regulatory Manager, responsible for obtaining licenses and conducting regulatory impact analysis. Marta supported the business in developing new products and ensuring compliance with the financial system regulations in Brazil.

Marta Savi completed their education in a chronological manner. Marta first obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from the Universidade Federal do Paraná in the years 2006 to 2010. Simultaneously, from 2006 to 2010, they pursued another Bachelor's degree in Law from FAE Centro Universitário. Following their undergraduate studies, Marta completed a Post-Graduation in Law, Logistics, and International Business from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná in the years 2011 to 2012. In 2015, they attended Escola da Magistratura do Paraná for a Post-Graduation course focused on Applied Law. Lastly, from 2016 to 2018, Marta pursued a Master's degree in Law, specializing in Jurisdiction Theory and History at Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER.
