Maxi Leite has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Maxi began as a Coordenador at Escola Padre Frederico Nierhoff in 2011, followed by a role as an Instrutor at Cafi Fitness in 2013. Maxi also served as a Coordenador De Núcleo for Programa Segundo Tempo in 2013. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as an Aux. Administrativo e Financeiro at Ágil Comissária de Despachos LTDA. Maxi then moved to Mastersul Comex, where they served as Customer Service Sales Support and Assistente de exportação. Most recently, Maxi has been working as a Customer Success Analyst at LogComex since 2020.

Maxi Leite is currently studying Saúde e Educação Física at Universidade Leão Sampaio. Maxi has also obtained certifications in OKR - METODOLOGIA E APLICAÇÃO from FM2S Educação e Consultoria in January 2023, Certificação em Data Science from Aldeia.cc in December 2022, Customer Expirience from Logcomex in December 2022, and Customer Success (Bootcamp) from Aldeia.cc in October 2022.
