Raysa Zambello has been working in the customer service industry since 2009. Raysa began their career as a bilingual receptionist at DHL before moving to Maersk Line in 2010, where they worked as an Equipment Analyst and Cost Control Assistant. In 2016, they joined Mercosul Line as a Customer Service Supervisor, Analyst of Excellence in Service, and Customer Service Analyst. In 2021, they joined Logcomex as a Customer Success Specialist.

Raysa Zambello has an extensive education history. In 2002, they completed a Technical Degree in Data Processing from the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo - IFSP. From 2009 to 2012, they obtained an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista. In 2010 and 2011, they completed an Intensive Program in Foreign Trade from Senac Brasil. In 2013, they participated in an Acceleration Programme from Maersk Line. In 2018, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from ESAMC, with a specialization in National and International Logistics. In 2019, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Universidade Paulista, with a specialization in Business Logistics and Supply Chain. Finally, in 2020, they completed a Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt from SETA Desenvolvimento Gerencial.
