Reginaldo Santos

Reginaldo Santos has held various roles in the commercial sector since 1997. Reginaldo'sfirst role was as a Gerente Comercial at Drogaria Onofre from 1997 to 2001. Reginaldo then moved to Sitel do Brasil Ltda. as an Analista de Treinamento RH from 2001 to 2007. After that, they worked as a Consultor Comercial Pleno at Bysoft from 2007 to 2015. During this time, they also held roles as a Microempreendedor at Pizzaria Bella Mamma and a Consultor Comercial at Sistema Azul from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Bysoft as a Customer Service Specialist Analyst, where they were responsible for customer relationships, retention, and satisfaction. Most recently, they have been a Business Sales Executive at LogComex since 2021 and an Empreendedor at RBL Commercial since 2020.

Reginaldo Santos completed a degree in Processos Gerenciais from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER in 2014. In 2016, they started a degree in Analista de Siscoserv from Canal Aduaneiro in the field of Negócios Internacionais e Comércio Exterior. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: Como Ser Assertivo from LinkedIn in April 2020, Técnicas Inovadoras para Atendimento ao Cliente from LinkedIn in April 2020, and Formação de Analista de Comércio Exterior e Desembaraço Aduaneiro from Canal Investe + Canal Aduaneiro in February 2020.
