André Almeida

André Almeida's work experience begins in 2010 with a position as a Process/Powerplant Engineering Intern at GE Aerospace. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an Engineering Assistant, playing a crucial role in introducing the GEnx aircraft engine overhaul capability in GE Aviation Service CoE in Brazil. During this time, they managed projects, budgets, and quality control processes.

In 2015, André transitioned to the role of Project Management & Planning Engineer at GE Aerospace, where they continued to contribute to strategic planning and project management. André was then promoted to the position of Lead Strategic Planning Engineer in 2019, where they led the planning and execution of various projects.

In 2020, André moved to Loggi, assuming the role of Sr. Operations & Strategic Planning Coordinator. André later became the Operations & Strategic Planning Manager, overseeing the coordination of operations and strategic planning initiatives. Currently, they serve as the Head of Planning, Performance & Strategic Projects, showcasing their continued growth and expertise in this field.

André Almeida obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Católica de Petrópolis, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Risk Management from Columbia Business School, Production Flow Management | Lean Technologies from Instituto Euvaldo Lodi, Train the Trainers | CRIE - Centro de Referência em Inteligência Empresarial from COPPE/UFRJ, GEnx-2B Line Maintenance Course from GE Aviation, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from GE.
