We invest in and support high-quality businesses.

We approach each investment with a philosophy shaped by our experience as operators. This philosophy consists of three simple principles:

1. Invest in great businesses;
2. Nurture an environment that attracts and retains talent; and
3. Let people do their jobs.

We engage in diverse investment strategies, such as supporting owners seeking retirement, facilitating partial buy-outs for managers, and assisting corporations in divesting non-core assets.

We maintain an unwavering commitment to treating employees fairly and a dedication to protecting the interests of all stakeholders.

Typically, we invest in businesses with sales over $30 million.
