Michael Young

Michael Young is an experienced executive with a strong background in recruiting and project management. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at LTI (Logic Technology Inc.) since June 2023, Michael also holds the position of Director of Recruiting at Jahnel Group, where efforts are focused on aligning business and technology through strategic conversations with organizational leaders. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at NYS Office of Information Technology Services, and Operations Manager at Gateway Promotions, where revenue was significantly increased during tenure. Michael has also coached high school basketball, instilling teamwork and skills in students while giving back to the community. Educational credentials include an MBA in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from the University at Albany.
