Fred Kulik has worked in a variety of roles since 1987. Their first role was as a Manufacturing Chemist at Morton International, Inc. from 1987 to 1991. From 1991 to 2000, they worked as an Engineer at Duracell, where they were an Information Analysis Specialist and a Product Engineer. From 2000 to 2004, they worked as a Database Administrator at Virtual Access Networks. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Technical Support, Consulting and Training Representative at Scribe Software. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Technical Support Representative at Metavante. Finally, since 2011, they have been a Project Implementation and Training Representative at Droste Consultants, Inc., and is currently a Customer Success Team Lead at Logical Engine LLC.

Fred Kulik received a Certificate in Web Development from Northern Essex Community College in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Chemistry from Clarkson University in 1983.
