Mikhail Rubinchik is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Logical Intelligence, where they focus on attracting top engineers and cultivating development processes to harness team members' talents. Previously, Mikhail served as the ICPC Head Coach at Ural Federal University from 2013 to 2021 and co-founded SPGuide, where they also held the role of CTO.
