Logical Systems
Roy King is the current Chief Financial Officer at Logical Systems. Prior to this, they were Acting CFO at Atherotech from February 2013 to September 2016. At Atherotech, they were responsible for the company's financial operations during a period of 30% year over year revenue growth. Roy also participated in a leveraged recapitalization, directed the creation of annual budgets, compressed the financial close cycle, oversaw development of analytics, and managed a restructuring period that eliminated over $20 million of structural costs. Roy has also authored rigorous cash management processes and forecasting tools.
Roy King has a Master of Science in Accounting from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University. Roy is also certified by the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant.
Roy King reports to Larry Bailey, CEO. They are on a team with Nick Riggio - President, Patience Taylor - Administrative Director, and Joey Cate - VP, Operations.
