Ben Lerner

Ben Lerner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the recruitment and manpower solutions industry. As the Managing Director of Logical Personnel Solutions Limited since August 2006, Ben has successfully co-founded and expanded the business into a multi-branch operation across various sectors. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Ethos Personnel Search Limited from 2008 to 2011, focusing on high-level recruitment in the Construction, Consultancy, and Energy sectors. Ben also held the position of Northern Manager at Freelancers Limited from September 2004 to August 2006, where successful branch expansions were achieved in Leeds and Manchester. Earlier roles included management and consulting positions at Logical Resources Limited, specializing in manpower solutions for Logistics and Construction industries. Ben holds a Business Studies BA (Hons) degree from Leeds, earned between 1997 and 2001, and was educated at Calday Grange Grammar School.
