Robert Bailkoski

Robert Bailkoski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance, operations, and strategic leadership across several industries. Since November 2015, Robert has served as the Chief Executive Officer and previously as Chief Operating Officer at Logicalis, where strategic initiatives such as the global customer CSAT questionnaire and employee pulse survey were implemented. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Monitise, where financial transparency was enhanced, and Finance Director at Tui Marine, contributing to business turnaround strategies. Robert also held significant positions at Wolseley, where responsibilities included strategic project execution and managing finances across Central and Eastern Europe. Early in the career, Robert was a Manager at PwC, building a strong foundation in financial management and consulting. Robert holds a first-class LLB degree with honors in Law and Politics from the University of Birmingham.
