Karl Noone

Karl Noone joined Logically as Chief Financial Officer in December 2018. Karl is primarily responsible for overseeing our finance operations including accounting, financial planning, treasury and recruiting. Karl is an operationally-focused, metrics-driven finance executive with over 25 years of experience building and enhancing finance organizations at publicly-traded and privately-held technology companies. He has significant experience with M&A transactions and capital financing activities.

Karl joined Logically from Global Capacity, a leading data connectivity as a service company, where he served as SVP and Corporate Controller, providing key financial leadership in the successful sale of the company to GTT Communications, Inc. Prior to Global Capacity, Karl held financial executive positions with several technology companies including, Atlantic Tele-Network, Mercury Computer Systems, Digitas, Lightbridge, CentrePath and CMGI.

Karl began his career with Ernst & Young, providing audit and consulting services to clients as part of the Entrepreneurial Services group. Karl holds a B.S. degree from Boston College, with summa cum laude distinction. He serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for Oak Meadow School, a private pre-K to middle school in Littleton, Massachusetts.
