Christy Parker

Christy Parker has a diverse work experience background. From 2021 to the present, they worked as an HR Business Partner at LogicGate. Prior to that, they held the same role at Enova International from 2018 to 2021. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as an HR Generalist at Whole Foods Market. Earlier in their career, from 2012 to 2014, they held multiple roles at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, including Social Justice Education Paraprofessional and I-Connect Diversity & Inclusion Workshop Facilitator.

Christy Parker earned a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the same university from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degrees, Christy obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute in January 2018.
