Josh Bachman

Josh Bachman, PHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at LogicGate, where responsibilities include partnering with team members on HR initiatives, developing relationships with People Leaders, and providing coaching and consultation. Prior to LogicGate, Josh worked at Ubisoft as a Human Resources Generalist, managing employee experiences, leading recruitment efforts, and developing engagement programs. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist for the City of Durham and a Fire Support Specialist in the US Army, where leadership and training were key components. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Central Connecticut State University.
