Michael W. has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Michael currently holds the role of Software Engineer II at LogicGate, joining in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Staples from 2017 to 2022, where they held multiple roles. In their most recent role at Staples, they served as a Software Engineer II in the Customer Account Management Systems Department, contributing to the development and maintenance of an Angular application and a Spring REST API. Michael also facilitated knowledge transfers for new team members. Before that, they participated in a rotational program as a Software Engineer I, where they worked in both the Customer Account Management Systems Department and the Supply Chain Department. In these roles, they contributed to the development and maintenance of an Angular application and a Spring Boot API, respectively.

In addition to their software engineering roles, Michael also has experience as a Computer Science Tutor at Stonehill College, where they provided assistance to students in learning fundamental computer science principles. Michael also worked as a Software Engineer Senior Intern at Staples, where they contributed to the maintenance and development of iOS applications used by stores. As a Software Engineer Intern at Staples, they developed a live event sales tracker application using AngularJS and Angular Material. Throughout their experience, they demonstrated collaboration skills and worked under Agile methodologies.

Michael W. attended Stonehill College from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. Michael has further enhanced their skills by obtaining certifications in the field. In August 2022, they became a Neo4j Certified Professional through Neo4j, and in July 2022, they obtained a LogicGate Power User Certification from LogicGate.
