Caitlin Dowell

Caitlin Dowell is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in dance entertainment, business development, and operations management. Currently serving as a Dance Entertainment instructor at Boot Stompin’ ATX since February 2024, Caitlin specializes in various events including corporate gatherings and weddings. At LogicMonitor, Caitlin has been working as a Business Development Representative since September 2023. Previously, Caitlin was the Director of Operations at Westlake United Methodist Church, where significant achievements included a 15% increase in congregational pledges and managing numerous community events. Caitlin's earlier roles also encompassed youth and children’s programming at Westminster Presbyterian Church, alongside experience in production management at Silver Digital Media. Caitlin holds a Master’s degree in Theology from Emory University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Tennessee Wesleyan University.
