Carl Saffell

Carl Saffell is an experienced technical leader currently serving as a Senior Customer Technical Architect I at LogicMonitor since November 2022, previously holding the position of Customer Technical Architect II. Prior to this, Carl spent over a decade at LiveVox, where roles included Senior Manager of the Network Operations Center, Director of Client Operations, and Director of Technical Support. Carl also held the position of Director of TouchStar Client Services at Noble Systems and was the Director of Implementations at TouchStar. Earlier career experiences include serving as Lead Applications Developer at AAAS and working as an E-Commerce Geek at The Motley Fool from 1994 to 2001.
