Daniel Needham

Daniel Needham is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at LogicMonitor since May 2022, Daniel has previously held roles at Wayfair, where progression from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer occurred between February 2019 and May 2022. Prior to that, Daniel contributed to Wykagyl Country Club as Head Swim Coach, focusing on meet lineup strategy and coaching philosophy from September 2014 to August 2018. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Cognetic Capital Advisors in 2017, where portfolio proposals were developed, and a role as Housing Coordinator at Williams College, facilitating student-administration relations. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College and completed additional training at Fullstack Academy in 2018.
