Gaël Hernández is an internet engineer with over 10 years of experience in capacity building, project management, and business development, focusing on underserved markets and emerging economies. Currently, Gaël serves as a Director of ISP/Peering Strategy at LogicMonitor and is a member of the PeeringDB Admin Committee. Gaël's diverse career includes roles such as Policy Analyst at OECD, Director of Edge Network Strategy at Packet Clearing House, and consultant for ASITIC, showcasing a strong multinational background in Internet and ICT development. Gaël holds a Master’s degree in Development Cooperation and two further Master’s degrees in Telecommunication and has contributed to various international projects throughout their career.
