Katherine Dougal

Katherine Dougal, MA, CSM, is an accomplished Project Manager II at LogicMonitor, overseeing the onboarding of new customers and enhancing customer experience, exemplified by recognition with the Q1 2023 "Customer Obsessed" Values Award. With a strong background in implementation management at WorkTango Inc. and a focus on training and development at Mediaocean, Katherine has successfully managed over 50 SaaS implementations and built learning departments to support a global workforce.
