Patrick Friar has extensive experience in technical support and web development. Currently serving as Manager of Technical Support at LogicMonitor since October 2018, Patrick has progressed through various roles, including Team Lead and Senior Technical Support Engineer. Prior to LogicMonitor, Patrick worked at BigCommerce as a Technical Support Ninja for eCommerce solutions and held web development and social media responsibilities at Viviota and elluminance. Earlier in their career, Patrick gained technical skills as a Premises Technician III at AT&T, focusing on installation and repair of telecommunications systems. Educationally, Patrick attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2007 to 2009.
