Markus Kokkonen is a Technical Manager at Logicor, where they lead Opex and Capex budgeting processes, energy management, and development initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and long-term sustainability. Previously, Markus served as a Property Manager at Humana Suomi and Colliers, overseeing a diverse property portfolio and managing various aspects of property operations. They began their career in property maintenance, which sparked their interest in facility management. Markus is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering Technology at Savonia University of Applied Sciences and holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Property Management and Renovations from Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
