Greg Welsh

Greg Welsh has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Greg currently works as the Managing Director - Client Operations at LogicSource, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to that, Greg held various roles at IBM, including Delivery Project Executive - Procurement BPO from October 2021 to May 2023, Global Sourcing Manager from October 2018 to October 2021, and Sourcing Consultant from August 2014 to October 2018. Before their tenure at IBM, they worked at John Hancock Financial Services as Director & Category Manager from March 2013 to August 2014 and as Sourcing & Contracts Manager from August 2011 to March 2013. Greg also gained experience at Citizens Bank as a Sourcing Group Specialist from September 2009 to August 2011 and as a Supply Chain Management Intern from May 2009 to August 2009. Additionally, Greg worked as a LEAN Manufacturing Intern at Admiral Packaging from February 2009 to May 2009, as a Trading Department Intern at Richard C. Young and Co. Ltd from May 2008 to August 2008, and as a Teller at Bay State Savings Bank from December 2003 to August 2007.

Greg Welsh obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management from the University of Rhode Island in 2009. Greg pursued a Juris Doctor degree at Suffolk University Law School, although the duration and completion status are unknown. In 2012, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Practical Project Management from UMass Boston. Greg has also earned various additional certifications, including the Celonis Foundations and IBM Garage Essentials in 2021, as well as certifications in Data Science, Cognitive Practitioner, Consultative Sourcing, and Agile Explorer in previous years. Greg became a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) in 2012 and was certified in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) in 2009.
