James Capps

James Capps is currently the Managing Director of Sourcing & Procurement at LogicSource, Inc., where they oversee over $1 billion in Non-Clinical spend while driving transformation across multiple categories. Previously, James served as Sr. Director of Sourcing & Procurement at WellMed Medical Management, managing extensive vendor relationships and leading enterprise programs. They began their career in the United States Air Force as a Project Coordinator and Operations Manager, overseeing complex clinical operations. James holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University, demonstrating a strong academic background in psychology and information technology.
