Joshua McLeod

Joshua McLeod has extensive experience in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. Joshua currently holds the position of Managing Director, Sourcing and Procurement at LogicSource, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Spire as Director of Supplier Management and Supplier Diversity, where they designed a supplier management practice and delivered supply chain insights. Joshua also worked as a Manager of Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Procurement at Spire, where they were recognized for their negotiation skills and leading the implementation of SAFe Agile development methodology. Joshua also served as a Category Manager and Lead at Spire, overseeing IT sourcing and category management. Earlier in their career, they were a Regional Supply Chain Manager at Pinnacle Entertainment, where they supervised a team and achieved outstanding results in productivity and inventory savings.

Joshua McLeod, CPSM, holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Joshua also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Economics from Eastern Illinois University. In addition to their education, they hold several certifications including being a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management, as well as certifications in Agile methodologies from Scaled Agile, Inc.
