Mark Flowers

Managing Director, Product Management & Operations, Onemarket at LogicSource

Mark Flowers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mark currently works as a Guest Lecturer at Northeastern University since 2022. Prior to this, Mark held leadership positions at LogicSource, Inc. from 2018 to 2020, where they managed product management, operations, sourcing, and procurement for large retail clients. Before that, they founded and served as the Principal of Emflo Advisory, a business performance consultancy focused on sales strategy, operations, and sourcing.

Mark also has extensive experience at Symantec, starting as a Director of Services & Support, IT and E-Business in 1998 and eventually taking on roles such as VP of Quote to Cash, VP of Finance Shared Services & Source to Pay, VP of Renewal Sales for Asia Pacific & Japan, VP of Sales Planning & Operations for Asia Pacific & Japan, and Senior Director of IT for Asia Pacific & Japan. Within these roles, they led various transformation initiatives, achieved cost reductions, managed M&A integrations, and implemented process improvements.

Additionally, Mark worked at Sequel Technologies as Director of International Sales & Marketing and at Delrina as the Asian Programs Manager. Mark began their career as a Systems Engineer at Fujitsu Australia Limited.

Mark Flowers completed their education at various institutions. From 1985 to 1987, they attended Griffith University, where they pursued a degree in Informatics, focusing on computer science, modeling, and project management. In 1999, they participated in a Summer Hi-Tech Management Program at the Executive Education/Stanford Graduate School of Business. Before attending university, they obtained their HSC (High School Certificate) from Nambour High School between 1980 and 1984. In addition to their formal education, Mark has also obtained several certifications, including Lean SixSigma Green Belt, Data Analysis Circuit, Evernote Community Leader, Sales Channel Management, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Level 200 Rugby Coach, IT Project+, and Japanese Language Proficiency - Level 2. Mark is also a Certified Sourcing Professional (CSP) from SIG University, and holds an ExecRank Certificate of Continued Board Education.
