Michael Thompson started working at FedEx Office in 2004 as a Business Center Manager and remained in that role until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Canon Solutions America as a Digital Service Specialist. In 2018, they joined Health First as an IT Field Service Technician II and later became a Supervisor for IT Field Services. Michael worked at Health First until January 2022 when they joined Logicworks as a Manager of Cloud Operations Specialist.
