Roy J. has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Roy started their career at AvePoint in 2013 as a Senior Technical Analyst, where they worked with enterprise customers to resolve AvePoint software related issues and provided best practice recommendations. Roy then worked as a Professional Services Engineer, where they led various IT projects including governance and compliance solutions, cloud solutions, customer success on-boarding, customizations, and data migrations. Roy J. also had a role as a Technical Project Lead/Business Analyst, working abroad in Singapore and leading projects in IT business analysis and technical leadership.

In 2017, Roy J. joined Accenture as a Cloud Infrastructure Consultant, where they combined business analysis, project management, and technical skills to deliver cloud migration and transformation projects. Roy'sexpertise includes working with technologies such as AWS, Azure, and DevOps tools.

After that, Roy J. worked at Chubb as a Cloud Platform Engineer (Lead), where they led a team of onsite and offshore engineers to onboard over 30 applications to Azure. Roy also provided enterprise-wide solutions for authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0 standards with Azure AD and Azure ADB2C.

Currently, Roy J. is working at Logicworks as a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect. Roy'sresponsibilities include designing and implementing resilient, highly available systems in the cloud, ensuring security and compliance standards are met for industries such as financial, retail, and healthcare. Roy primarily works with the Azure technology stack.

Roy J. began their education at the University at Buffalo in 2005, where they studied Pre-Pharmacy Studies until 2007. Following this, they attended Dowling College from 2008 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems.

In addition to their formal education, Roy J. has obtained several certifications from Microsoft. In January 2014, they achieved the MCITP certification, followed by the MCSA: Cloud Platform - Certified in July 2017. Most recently, in July 2020, Roy J. earned the MCSE: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
