Steven Swiger has a strong background in customer success and account management roles. Starting in 2016, they worked as an Account Manager at McAfee, focusing on the SLED vertical and handling all aspects of client engagement. Steven also served as a Business Development Manager, proactively prospecting for new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets. From 2018 to 2019, Steven worked as an Account Manager at CA Technologies, responsible for commercial segmented accounts in the Eastern U.S. Steven collaborated closely with the Customer Success Team to strategize deployments, renewals, and customer training. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Armor Cloud Security, providing first point of contact for assigned customers and managing complex customer situations. More recently, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Sumo Logic, serving as the main point of contact for key customer accounts and advocating for customer satisfaction and adoption. Steven Swiger attended Fairmont State University from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Information Technology. During their education, they did not obtain a degree. In addition to their university education, Steven received the following certifications: Sumo Logic - Search Mastery Certified from Sumo Logic in February 2023 and Sumo Logic - Fundamentals Certified from Sumo Logic in January 2022.
