Kathryn Everett

Kathryn Everett has over five years of professional experience. In 2017, they began their career as an Assistant Chemical Engineer at Burns & McDonnell. Kathryn was later promoted to Staff Chemical Engineer, where they were responsible for system design, pump and equipment sizing, operational recommendations, hydraulic modeling, corrosion control studies, data analysis, I&C experience, environmental permitting, writing proposals, performing sales pitches, executing project management, and mentoring and training junior engineers. In 2022, they joined Logik.io Commerce Engine as an Account Executive and Account Development Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for helping customers power their internal and eCommerce sales channels with Logik.io's next generation of configuration technology.

Kathryn Everett is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they began in 2020. Kathryn previously obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas in 2017, having also completed a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the SELF Program - University of Kansas in 2017. Additionally, they have been studying French at the Alliance Française de Chicago since 2019. In 2020, they obtained a Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification from NCEES and an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) certification from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure.
