Lauralee De Leon

Lauralee De Leon is the current VP of People & Places at Logikcull. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources and Facilities at Turnitin from January 2013 to June 2017. In this role, Lauralee oversaw all aspects of HR including performance management, employee relations, organizational development, benefits, compensation, recruiting, training and facilities. Before their time at Turnitin, Lauralee worked as an independent human resources consultant from July 2012 to December 2012. During this time, they consulted on various HR projects such as researching and implementing a new HRIS system and creating a job analysis questionnaire for Bently Holdings. Lauralee also streamlined background check, drug screening and social security screening processes for Central Garden & Pet. Lastly, they updated recruiting interview guides and assessment forms to reflect culture change work for Blue Shield of California. From August 2010 to May 2012, Lauralee worked as a Talent Management Consultant for The Clorox Company. And from October 2008 to August 2010, they were an HR Generalist for Stupski Foundation.

Lauralee De Leon has a Masters of Science in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Lauralee also has a certification from CPP in MBTI.

Lauralee De Leon reports to Andy Wilson, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Todd Eastman - VP, Business Development, Robert Hilson - VP, Marketing, and Sheng Yang - CTO & Co-Founder.
