Starting in 1996, they worked at Tesco PLC in various managerial roles, including Store Manager, Productivity Analyst, and Lead Manager. In their role as an Implementation Manager, they successfully oversaw the implementation of the Step Change project to over 150 Tesco stores in the UK.
