Debbie Baer currently serves as Vice President of Consulting Services for Retail Optimization at Logility, a position held since 2015, after previously holding the title of Director in the same department. Prior to Logility, Debbie took a sabbatical from 2013 to 2015 and worked at JDA Software as an Enterprise Account Manager from 2009 to 2012. Previous experience includes significant leadership roles at Staples, including Vice President of Merchandise & Supply Chain Business Systems and Vice President of Supply Chain Program, as well as a Vice President position at Capgemini. Early career experiences encompass senior roles at EY, including Senior Manager and Senior Consultant, and technical positions at BNY Mellon and Joseph Horne Company. Debbie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1982 and 1986.
