Preeti Sinha is a seasoned professional in customer success with extensive experience across various companies in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Logility since January 2024, Preeti previously held similar roles at Garvis and o9 Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing customer success strategies and team management. With a foundation in support engineering and technical consulting from E2open, Terra Technology, and JDA Software, Preeti has developed a strong skill set in customer engagement and technical support. Preeti began the career as a Software Engineer at Amber Road and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
