Mark A. Miller

Mark A. Miller is an experienced Agile Professional with a strong background in project management and business analysis. Currently engaged at 3M since February 2017, Mark specializes in Agile methodologies. Prior roles include serving as Scrum Master and Product Owner at Trissential, where leadership of an Agile delivery team focused on compliance solutions for UCare Minnesota was demonstrated. Additional experience includes acting as Scrum Master and Project Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc., where a PMO solution was recommended to enhance project governance. Earlier work at Trissential involved building trusted relationships and delivering business value through effective strategy and execution. Mark holds a BA in Information Systems, Business Management, and Computer Science from Wartburg College.
