Robert L. Jones

Robert L. Jones has had a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Robert L. is currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at Logistic Dynamics, Inc., where they are responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring the effectiveness and availability of IT solutions. Prior to this role, Jones worked at ReTrans, Inc. for 17 years as the Director of Infrastructure/Security/Application Support/System Operations Center. Robert L. Jones received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology with a concentration in Microbiology from The University of Memphis, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed their B.A. in Arts and Sciences from First Assembly Christian School, which they attended from 1980 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including CCENT from Cisco in 2018, Data Visualization with Python and Programming with Python from Codecademy in 2018, Amateur Extra FCC Ham Radio License from the Federal Communications Commission in 2016, CCNA from Cisco in 2015, and Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft Certifications in 2002.
